Microsoft windows security centre disabled

In reply to David. F's post on November 19, Hi there. I am having enormous problems with this security center disabled problem. I am running win7 pro 64 bit I have scanned the system with Zone Alarm and picked up nothing.

I then ran Spybot which came back with some malware in the IE 9 browser. Well i have been having the same problems for about a month now but it seems that that there is no other solution than performing an Inplace upgrade. PS: I tried every antivirus on the planet. They turned up nothing except for spybot which gives the same two entries as yours. Hope this is of help.
